James Tait Goodrich Award for Excellence in Neurobiology in Honor of James McGaugh
Purpose and Criteria: This award was established in 2018 by James Tait Goodrich, M.D., Ph.D. and Mrs. Judy L. Goodrich to honor Dr. James McGaugh. The award recognizes an undergraduate student completing their 3rd year, for outstanding achievement in neurobiology. The recipient will be additionally recognized at the School of Biological Sciences' Undergraduate Honors Convocation Ceremony.
Eligibility: Must be a UCI undergraduate in Biological Sciences and completing their third year of studies.
Awards available: 1 or more $1,000 awards
Requirements: CV/resume (max 2 pages), unofficial transcript, and personal statement addressing achievement in neurobiology scholarship and research (500 words).
