I have conducted research on learning and memory for some time. Indeed, my very first publication (from my second-year project) was on the cross-linguistic differences in digit span. In the past decade, I and my collaborators have conducted research on neural, genetic, and/or cultural bases of language and mathematical learning, episodic memory, false memory, and cognitive mechanisms of schizophrenia.
